What books have you been recommended to read?
Game of Thrones is a high recommendation for me! They are huge and quite the commitment, but it's so good and detailed.
ReplyDeleteThe Rosie Project is a must!
ReplyDeleteBlood Red Road = <3 <3 <3
Seraphina is freakin' fantastic! But I'd probably wait until the second book comes out. It's supposed to be next year. But it's been pushed back. A bunch. Think Isla.
I'd skip The Knife of Never Letting Go. That's probably blasphemy to say. Whatever... :P
I have Shipwrecked and Charm and Strange on my shelves. Possible buddy reads. :)
I really want to read Dark Lover. I kind of think it will totally be our thing.
GoT. Ugh. Lol.
I loved Game of Thrones and I'm dying for the 6th book, but sometimes so many POVs mean I don't bloody care about some of them and one can get impatient on occasion and the books are huge!
ReplyDeleteLove love love Game of Thrones and Black Dagger Brotherhood :) You definitely GOTTA read both series :)
ReplyDeleteI have Seraphina on my bookshelf, and I've been putting off reading it - I'm afraid I'll be disappointed by it! I liked Dark Lover, but book three in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series - Lover Awakened - was my personal favourite :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't been told to read any of these books personally but I definitely want to read Game of Thrones and Seraphina! I just need to get around to them :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
Ashtyn @ Wonderland’s Reader!
I only read 1 and 3 but am a huuuuge Martin fan so I'd say those are a must! Ness is good, too. I still have to read a lot of others myself.
ReplyDeleteOh I read Ward as well, she's good but you have to get used to it. I was pissed off at first because the writing is WHACK but when you look past it, it gets better.
