Showcase Sunday #75

Showcase Sunday is a weekly meme hosted by Vicky at Books, Biscuits and Tea. This meme allows book bloggers to show off the books they collected over the last week.

Hello everyone! Apologies for not having a Showcase Sunday last week, I completely forgot all about it. So this week I have two weeks worth of books to show you!

Last Thursday I went to the Rainbow Rowell event in Glasgow with my friend Erin, and it was so awesome! We were lucky enough to grab seats quite close to the front and there were packs of rainbow drops on every seat! Rainbow Rowell is such a lovely and hilarious person. She talked about the possibility of an Eleanor & Park sequel; the Eleanor & Park movie rights being sold;  How she doesn't think Harry should have ended up with Ginny and loads of other stuff. The queue for the signing was a bit of a shambles to start with, but we ended up near the front so we didn't have to stand for too long in the queue. Obviously I couldn't resist buying a second copy of Eleanor & Park since the cover is completely different from the one I first bought.
Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell

Boomerang (Boomerang #1) by Noella August [PART 3]

  3. I met Rainbow Rowell in YALC last weekend and she was lovely. Didn't get to talk to her as the queue was crazy but got Fangirl and Landline signed! I love that edition of Eleanor and Park - need to get my hands on it! Great haul :)

  5. I think it's near impossible not to fall in love with RR. <3
She talked about a possible sequel to E&P back in the fall when I meet her too. But for me, if she's going to continue with any of her books I'd want it to be Fangirl or Attachments. More Cath and Levi would be awesome and make my life.
I didn't know NG had I Want it That Way. So thanks for feeding my addiction. Just requested it. :)
At least you've already read some of the books you have posted. Lol. Annnndddd just because I have to.

  7. Rainbow doesn't like Harry/Ginny? YES. Another like-minded person! I won a copy from Fangirl and I can't wait to finally read it. I really can't wait to read Gates of thread and stone. Happy reading :D
