Bout of Books: Wrap Up

Bout of Books

Hello everyone!

So the Bout of Books readathon is over! I'm so happy that I decided to take part in this readathon. It's the first one I've ever done and I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed pushing myself to read more books than I usually would, visiting new blogs and finding new blogs to follow and talking to people on twitter about the readathon.

So my goals for the readathon were:
1. Read 7 books
2. Visit some new blogs

And I'm happy to say that I managed to complete my goals! I finished my 7th book with just under 10 minutes to spare and I've followed a lot of new blogs this week and I can't wait to check them out!

The 7 books I managed to read this week were:
The Eternity Cure by Julie Kagawa (finish)
The Goddess Test by Aimee Carter (finish)
 Unremembered by Jessica Brody
The Power of Six by Pittacus Lore
ACID by Emma Pass
Forbidden by Jana Oliver
Mila 2.0 by Debra Driza

And my final page count for the readathon is: 2514

So how did everyone get on with readathon? Did you manage to complete all of your goals?
Let me know in the comments, I'd love to know how you guys did!

  1. You did great! I hope you had a good week. I didn't quite meet my reading goals because of an unexpectedly busy work/social week but I'm very happy I joined in.

  2. 2514 pages! That's amazing. Which book did you like the most?

This was my first Bout of Books too. I met my reading goals so overall I am pleased. Here are my results: http://madhoydenish.blogspot.com/2013/04/iamreading-level-26-series-bout-of-books.html

I hope to participate in some challenges in the next one. Will you participate in bout again?

I am following your blog now. Looking forward to your posts.
